1. Can it can be applied to bare metal directly?
No, please apply it on the surfacer of Putty or sanded existing paint finishes/old paint work.
If you need 2K primer spraying on bare metal or other substrates directly,we can provide you with our high adhesion primer.

2. What is the mixing ratio of this primer?
IC-991 (2K Primer): Hardener: Thinner=100:25:35-40 (vol)

3. How many coats shall I spray it?
The number of spraycoats of IC-991 Primer is 2 coats, 1 half wet coat and then 1 wet coat.

4. How fast drying is it? Can I use it for whole car repair?
IC-991 Primer can be dry and sandable in at most 30 minutes at whatever temperature.
But IC-991 Primer can be only used for spot repair and panel repair.

5. Is it possible to get samples of clear coat and hardener before placing order?
Yes, we can offer you samples free of charge to do a comprehensive testing.

6. What is the MOQ of this primer product?
For the first order, the MOQ(minimum order quantity) shall be 120 liters.
